Ultimate event package

$2,000

This package is designed for couples who want every detail

they have planned handled with care. It includes month-of and day-of coordination, including the ceremony essentials package, decorating package, and 100 20" sparklers.

Sparkler Sendoff

$100

River Bridge will provide 100 20" sparklers, light the sparklers, coordinate the sendoff, and provide buckets for proper disposal of sparklers.

Ceremony Essentials

$750

River Bridge will execute a day-of rehearsal ceremony, ceremony coordination, along with ceremony music execution.

Projectiles

$250

This fee is if the couple or event coordinator wishes to throw projectiles such as but not limited to confetti, rice, flower petals, etc. for their sendoff or ceremony exit.

Note: family or event coordinator is responsible for all cleanup of projectiles.

Decorating Package

$500

River Bridge will work with the client to decorate our 12 farmhouse tables and any additional arounds with their provided decor or items from our in-house decor closet.

Note: This package does not include floral decorating or the decoration of any backdrops and/or food tables.
