Do you offer tours?
Definitely!! We are currently open for tours Moday through Thursday from 10-4 pm. Please call and we will schedule a time. Call us at (801) 663-1134
Are you wheelchair friendly?
Yes! We are very accomoodating for wheelchair accessabililty.
What all is included in the rental price?
Full use of our indoor building and outdoor garden area. Please see amenity page and pricing for more info!
Can we hire our own vendors? Food, flowers, etc?
We do require you to choose from one of our exclusive caterers and bartending service. We can accomodate about any budget and would be happy to offer a free taste testing for Shep's Culinary Creations. You are definitely welcome to use any other vendors for flowers, cake, video, etc. We have some preferred vendors we can show you who we think are awesome!
Do you offer set up and clean up?
Definitely! That is one thing we don't want you to worry about! We have you totally taken care of and will include one set up and take down of the indoor and outdoor spaces.
Do you have indoor and outdoor ceremony options?
Yes we do! We have a 20x36 covered pavilion for your use. 200 Outdoor chair and Outdoor tables are also available free of charge. See our ammenities page for a detailed list of whats included.
Are there seperate rooms for the bride and groom to get ready in?
Of course! They are both located upstairs. They are beautifully decorated and built for your comfort with a luxurious feel!

Do you allow pets?
Upon special permission and service animals are welcome.
Whats your cancellation policy?
Please see our contract for details. We are happy to send one to you!!
Do you require a deposit for booking an event?
Yes. We require a non refundable $500 deposit to secure your reservation.
